The working principle is that the cooling wind and the granular material move in the opposite direction, so that the material is gradually cooled from bottom to top. The surface cracking of the granular material caused by the quenching of the general vertical cooler is avoided, and the moisture and heat of the core are difficult to be dissipated and fragile during the cooling time. The machine has large output, good cooling effect, high degree of automation, low noise and easy maintenance.
After the high temperature and high humidity pellet feed enters the cooler from the cooling port, the material is evenly laid on the parallel array of multiple sieve plates under the action of the spreading mechanism. When the accumulation reaches a certain height, the material contacts the loading position on the wall of the warehouse. When the device is used, the material level device on the silo generates a signal, so that the transmission motor starts, and the impeller rotates, and the material rotates from the impeller chamber to the lower tribe, enters the unloading hopper, and discharges evenly. When the material layer is lower than the lower material level (after a certain set time), the motor is de-energized, the impeller stops rotating, the material no longer falls, and the feed continues, if the material is re-stacked to the height of the leveler, The bit re-generates the signal and continues the discharge process above. When the production is finished, when all the materials in the silo are to be drained, it can be adjusted to the manual discharge state, and the time relay setting time is extended to make the blanking time longer. During the above process, the cooling fan is always on. As the discharge mechanism discharges, the pellets gradually descend slowly, and the cooling air is heated from the bottom to the top, so that during the working process, the upper hot material encounters hot air, and the lower cold encounters With cold air, the pellets are uniformly and sufficiently cooled during the down process, becoming hard and strong, further reducing moisture.
